The mission of SIMPCO’s housing division is to further the preservation and new construction of affordable housing and to grow affordable housing opportunities for low-to-moderate income persons and families within its service area.
The Western Iowa Community Improvement Regional Housing Trust Fund (WICIRHTF) shares the same mission and vision as SIMPCO’s Housing Division. SIMPCO and WICIRHTF work in partnership to advance the affordable housing opportunities within the region.
